Lymphatic : Vessels are every were but whether the lumps are connected or not to to the vessels I do not know. Indeed there are lymph nodes above the collar bone, but usually not palpable. So if you feel lumps in the are my humble suggestion would be to go see a physician asap. Lumps are always need to be checked ou!.
