Lymphadenopathy: Yes, you have lymph nodes everywhere in the body and when enlarged they can present as a palpable node. The question here is why it is enlarged and is it really a lymph node. Best to have this examined by your PCP and let them make the determination of whether or not this needs further investigation (probably not). Best wishes.
