I have noticed a small single lymph node behind my collar bone, feels like almost in tendons of my neck at the bottom left side. i'm super worried i may have cancer or something it's tender to touch and feels like only one node. ?

Unlikely cancer: Have this examined for your peace of mind, but this finding does not sound like a cancer. It may or may not even be a lymph node, as many muscle and tendons are in this area as well. Good luck
