Trick question: A cyst is full of fluid. If no fluid left would weigh almost nothing. By my old geometry, a 4cm cyst would have about 48cc of fluid, so an ounce and a half oz weight wouldn't be far wrong.

A few ounces: Please take caution with rapid movements, twisting, turning, exercise, etc ! pls see your md for further management...The cyst can twist on itself and cause torsion, a very painful condition...Which could lead to loss of ovary !
