Varies: A 30mm cyst is only slightly larger then 'normal' functional cysts become before ovulation; typically a follow-up sonogram is done 4-6 weeks later, and the majority of cysts of that size will have resolved spontaneously. Once your cycles resume (or if they were never disrupted) - your fertility should not be negatively impacted.
