Nothing needed: 14 mm is typical size for a cystic follicle--a completely normal finding that doesn't even really qualify as a "cyst". While there are other types of small cysts (endometriomas or dermoid cysts), the ultrasound that showed the cyst should give info as to how likely this is anything other than "physiologic"--ie, normal cycling ovary.
