Obgyn follow up: Radiology studies must be interpreted in the proper clinical context. Schedule follow up with the ordering physician to evaluate your report. The size and type of ovarian cyst will be important. Ask for clarification on the complex hypo echoic area in the uterus. It sounds like they are describing a fibroid but you will need to confirm this with your doctor.
