Is it normal to feel dizzy after two weeks of surgery?

Likely no: Depends on type of surgery (i.e. Surgery where dizziness would be a direct complication), but i would say that the anesthesia related effects should have disappeared and if you weren't dizzy after surgery initially, it isn't normal. Contact you surgeon!
