Not really normal: Most patients don't have lingering effects after something as limited as toe surgery. It would help to know what anesthesia you had and what medications you are taking post-operatively. These can cause some patients to experience headache or disorientation. Your best bet is always to discuss this with your surgeon. They can't help you if they don't know you are having a problem.
