Yes: It may take a while for symptoms to resolve. Sometimes, dizziness maybe unrelated.

It may be but: You should discuss this with your surgeon if you have done therapy and no better and you may need further studies including flexion / extension cervical spine x-rays to rule out any instability and possibly repeat MRI with contrast.
