I have sciatica from a damaged disk in l4 l5 and am awaiting surgery. lately i have been having body aches, weakness and dizzy spells. normal?

No : Stress may be affecting your immune system and you may be coming down with a cold- get checked -or even something like lyme disease.

Not normal: You should have your internist do a full chk up before proceeding w/ the surgery.

No: Sounds like you are getting sick. See your PCP to see why you are having these symptoms, but generally they are not related to the disk.
