Generally safe: In my practice I am usually concerned with the first trimester. Taking Ibuprofen at your stage shouldn't be a problem, but no matter what..Always check with your OB to make sure. They have final say. I would advise you to go et your tooth looked at and it may not be your tooth. It could be pregnancy gingivitis or related issues. Congrats on the approaching event.

Safer bet: Would be tylenol (acetaminophen). But please consult with your OB gyn. Hope this helps.
