No, take Tylenol (acetaminophen): Ibuprofen should not be taken in the first or last trimester of pregnancy. In the first 13 weeks it can be associated with a birth defect called gastroschisis (a defect in the abdominal wall) or a cleft palate. Tylenol (acetaminophen) is safe in all stages of pregnancy and is preferred. If your headaches are not responding to tylenol (acetaminophen) see your OB for other options.
