Call your MD: It is not a good idea to take Motrin or other nsaids during pregnancy. It may cause premature closure of a duct in the baby's heart. If you have pain call your OB now and she can prescribe another type of medicine or you may go to urgent care

No: Talk to your obstetrician first, and then with his/her permission, go see a dentist as soon as possible. The two of them will review your needs, and discuss appropriate treatment and medications that will be safe for you and your baby.

Generally: Bloot thinners such as aspirin, motrin, alive are not recommended for pregnant patients. I generally prescribe tylenol (acetaminophen) #3. As this is ok'd by obgyn.
