Technically.....: There are some reasons that poor nutrition could lead to back pain but it is way down the list of many other things that cause it. For example, very poor calcium nutrition and vitamin d deficiencies have been associated with greater incidence of back pain. Being overweight (poor nutrition with too many calories) contributes to back pain. Discuss with your doctor.
