Healthy choices: Controlling what you eat is tough. The only way is be ready for cravings by substituting healthy foods. I bring bags of carrots, nuts, protein drinks to keep me from being hungry throughout day which in past has caused me to binge on sugary foods if i didn't eat. The worst thing you can do is avoid eating at all. Avoiding food will only make the situation worse. Try bringing small foods w/ u.
