Yes: What goes in must come out. If you drink enough water to stay hydrated, your urine should be clear or pale yellow. Dark yellow suggests dehydration. Of course, there are many other reasons for peeing a lot such as diabetes mellitus, diabetes insipidus & urinary tract infections. Diuretics such as caffeine & alcohol can also make you pee more than expected for volume consumed.
