Hydration: Staying hydrated is healthy but don't overdo it. If you find yourself drinking a lot of fluid, going to the bathroom excessively, and you are also eating a lot and losing weight, you should see your MD. Overhydrating can lead to excessive urine output but so can high blood sugar. Avoid over hydrating near bedtime and choose to hydrate during the morning/afternoon instead. Please see MD.
