Maybe (not) . . .: You didn't mention how many bottles you consume nor the size of said water bottle. So, yes, it's possible that perhaps you're not drinking enough water. I typically recommend drinking enough to make you void (pee) clear urine.

Depends: Many people feel that they drink enough fluids, but you may need to quantitate it to get a better idea to see if you really are. How many bottles are you drinking, or is it out of 1 all day? In general, most people may require at least 2L of fluid intake per day, more if one is younger. If your urine is light-colored, you should be doing okay. Try counting how much you are drinking.
