Lot of water: If you are drinking a large amount of water, your increased urination is due to your kidneys doing their job, which is eliminating excess water. Try cutting back on your fluid intake to see if they reduces the amount of urine you are making. If it does, you will need to drink less fluid in the future to cut down your frequent visits to the bathroom. Good luck!

WaterWaterEverywhere: If you just want to drink a lot of water, then it would be normal to have to go to the bathroom more often. But if something is making you lose a lot of water, then you'll have to drink more and it would be a vicious cycle. So, tell me, what is it? Are you constantly thirsty for no apparent reason?? If so, you should get yourself checked for diabetes with a simple urine test (to start).
