Needs evaluation: Gallbladder dysfunction is first on my mind. Also, gastritis (stomach irritation) or a duodenal ulcer. You need an exam and probably some simple imaging studies to help your doctor sort this out. Don't wait, these symptoms are important to have looked at soon.
