Back pain and nausea: symptoms can be indicative of serious blood vessel or heart disease, including aneurysms, coronary artery, or hother chest cavity illness. Abdominal pain may be related, or it may be a separate liver or gall bladder issue. Either way, a doctor needs to examine you carefully with some tests.
