I have a severe back and chest pain that comes and goes. it feels like my lungs are being squashed by my ribcage and my back is spasming. i have a burning sensation in my oesophagus as well. this morning vomit with looks like blood pieces?

burning, c/p blood: Could be severe GERD /gastritis with or without H pylori. Famotadine may help as would omeprazole ( you CAN take both) The specks of blood are from gastritis. You will need to go to a doctor to be tested for H pylori which is treated with antibiotics. Or may be gallbladder ( less likely to have blood) May also rarely be clot in lungs with severe back/ chest pain. F/U today w/ ER/ urgent care/MD.
