May need doctor: It sounds like you may have a gastrointestinal virus. If your fever is low 99-100 and the vomiting and pain is not severe then this should resolve itself in 24-48 hours. If the pain is severe and fevers are high you should probably go to the emergency department for an evaluation as it could be a sign of a serious infection.

Bladder infection?: You might have a bladder infection. Other symptoms would be burning with urination, frequent urination, urge to urinate without much urine at a time. There are other possible causes to consider, but if you have a fever from it you should be seen by a doctor. An Urgent Care center would work, or the ER if you have no Urgent Care near you. Please be seen today.
