I am a proponent : Of a history and physical diagnosing up to 75% of conditions. Are you having any symptoms like dizziness, chest pain or near fainting? Is this happening after you stand up? Have you check your vital signs during the episode? Possible causes are pots, excess coffee, energy drinks, anxiety attacks, hyperthyroid state, arrhythmias, dehydration etc. See your doctor soon. Ecg and holter test?
