Not uncommon: Small septated cyst are common , speak to your gyn doctor and follow the advice for the next step. Cystadeno- carcinoma and cyst- adenoma are multiloculated , so you need close observation.

Probably not.: Your doctor will probably have you get a followup ultrasound. These are very common, and very rarely a cause for concern. However, if it gets bigger or bothers you, your ob/gyn will discuss options.

Septated cyst.: Ovarian cysts with septations need followup. If the "cyst" is too large or the "septation" is too thick then the concern becomes malignancy.
