PImples?: Do they look like pimples? Do note that Amoxicillin often causes a skin rash if you have taken it within the past week or two.

Skin rash: If it came just now then it can be allergen or irritant. You are taking Amoxicillin which can also be the cause. Check if any new metal necklace, perfume, soap, deodorant you started using. Check if you ate some thing different. Make sure it is not tick or mosquito bites. If it gets worse then go to urgent care. If it is there for some time then see dermatologist. Thanks.
