Sounds: a lot like sun reaction ..PMLE (Polymorphic Light Eruption) due to the exposure to sun itself ..however this rash is usually itchy....It may be simple sun allergy..or ALLERGY TO THE OIL YOU USE PRIOR TO THE SUN EXPOSURE. Hope this is helpful! Dr Z
