Hi, i woke up and noticed i have a non itchy rash all over my stomach back and chest. they are small pink/red and slightly bumpy. they do not itch. ?

Non specific rash: You have given a non specific description of your rash Is it elsewhere? First occurrence? Try over the counter hydrocortisone 1% It may work but if it is not enough go to a dermatologist and get stronger cream to put on it at least twice daily
