Eczema or ringworm?: Dry and itchy spot is probably eczema. You could try 1% Hydrocortisone cream otc for a week. If that does not help then an topical antifungal for 2 weeks could help with ring worm. If neither don't work then a trip to your doctor id warrented.

Get checked for : Eczema, fungal infection. There's otc cortisone and tinactin/ Lamisil (terbinafine) cream that u may try but your dr can give u a more accurate assessment . Take care!
