Red bumps: The rash you are describing could be one of a number of things. Non itchy, to mildly itchy rashes on the chest can be associated with viruses (which resolve on their own), or can be a form of a more chronic skin condition. If the rash does not resolve spontaneously, or if it worsens it is best to see your physician.
