Can low functioning gallbladder cause mild diffuse fatty liver? is it safe to have gallbladder removed having fatty liver or will liver be injured?

Not related: Fatty liver is not related to removal of gall bladder or its dysfunction. Most of the time fatty liver is due to nutritional , chemical ( drugs alcohol etc ) and viral diseases , if uncontrolled may lead to cirrhosis.

No/yes: Low functioning gallbladder will cause pain after fatty meal, so force people not to eat fatty food, which help fatty liver. It is still safe to remove the gallbladder if having fatty liver.
