A member asked:

My cardiologist said mvp is responsible for my chest ache. ok fine. are there discernible differences between mvp pain and ischemic pain description?

Yes: Mvp doesn't cause pain, no disrespect intended to your cardiologist. Ischemic pain is visceral, oppressive, often described as heavy, tight or indigestion like-it occurs with exertion and is relieved by rest. "mvp pain" is unpredictable, sharp, sticky, fleeting, migrating and atypical - it's caused by musculoskeletal issues.
