Upper left chest ache since 2010. 2 cardiologists, 2 nst's(normal) and one echo (which showed mvp) at my wits end. ideas?

Chest pain: There are many causes for chest pain. Some relate to the heart and some don't. Without more information can't say. In a 29 yr old, sharp pains are less likely to be heart but not impossible. Ask your dr. What he//they think is going on.
