Maybe and maybe not: Mvp chest pain is usually sharp and is not usually brought on by exercise, does not occur immediately after exercise, and does not cause you to stop exercising. How soon after you stop exercising does the pain start? You should discuss this with your doctor and depending on your risk factors get a different imaging modality like a cardiac cta. Discuss this with your cardiologist.

Chest Pain: Frustrating problem for both patients and physicians... What did your cardiologist tell you about other causes of pain? Has costochondritis been ruled out? What about vasospasm (prinzmetal's angina) mvp is not a cause of pain in the context of 2 negative nuclear stress tests. An internet doctor cannot diagnose the causes of your chest pain nor adequately reassure you. This is simply a suggestion.
