GERD: With the full work up previously done, t sounds like the hiatal hernia and some reflux and esophagitis may be the issue. You can try small meals or not eating before the exercise, or talk with your doctor about medications to reduce acid and reflux . The mvp mitral prolapse is likely unrelated to the reported symptoms.

Understood: You do not have heart disease. You have esophageal disease. You don't need any more heart testing! mild mvp is a normal variant that causes no symptoms.

Maybe motility : You could have a problem with esophageal motility, best diagnosed with a manometry study, where a small tube with sensors is placed through the nose and you swallow water 10 times. Unlikely to be the small hiatal hernia.
