Nearly impossible: Believe it or not, the lethal human dose of vitamin c for a 70 kg person is 833, 000mg. Orally, most people's GI systems can only take about 3000mg before forming loose stools. Clinically one can get up to 100, 000mg intravenously without a problem unless they have sickle cell or g6pd deficiency. So in short, unless you can consume 834, 000 mg of vitamin c, the short answer is no:).
