Vitamin C: A 1000 mg tab of Vitamin C is common. The half-life in the body is about 12 hours so a.m. and p.m. doses work best, half a tab or a whole tab twice daily. When sick w/cold or flu it can be increased. This is not a recommendation for you. Please check w/your doctor. Peace and good health.
