Why dis my dr do an endometrial biopsy because of a fluid filled cyst in the endometrial canal? she said it's rare- can it be cancerous too?

Lesion: Doctors want to remove any lesion in lining of uterus on rare rare chance could be malignant or pre-malignant. At your age chances are super slim. Don't lose sleep!

Very unlikely: It is more likely to be a simple fluid filled cyst that just needs to be drained.
