No: If her HCG dropped to 2 she is no longer pregnant. Her period may be delayed, but likely will happen soon. Sorry for your loss.

No: That is a biochemical pregnancy, usually the result of a genetic abnormality in the pregnancy. Once the level dropped to 2 she was no longer pregnant.
