Even : Even though bleeding can be a sign of miscarriage, there are instances where bleeding can occur (especially in the first trimester), but the baby is still ok. I'm afraid you are going to have to wait until your appointment to know for sure. They may do additional blood testing and/or an ultrasound depending on your symptoms and how far along you are. Reasons to go to the er are fever, heavy bleeding, or severe pain.

Ectopic pregnancy ?: Your question makes reference to "November", but assuming you are referring to September, the HCG levels reported are low, and may represent a pregnancy outside the uterus. See your gyn physician now, and get a pelvic ultrasound and an exam.
