I took 4 b-hcg tests through the past 4-5 weeks and all came negative but i take supplements that has 0.15mg of biotin. and i had bleeding on period time twice since last sex so i assumed its period. could it be false negative and im pregnant?

If you had sex since your last period and missed your period by 4-5 days, do a home urine pregnancy test (It will not be affected by biotin intake). If the result is negative, repeat the test 4-5 days later, Use first morning urine and follow the instructions carefully.
