Teeth Grinding: We recommend seeing your dentist so that they can make you a custon fitted night guard. This will not only protect your teeth from cracking and breaking, but also prevent jaw pain. Most over the counter night guards do not protect your teeth as a custom fitted one would.

Night guard: A nightguard will control and alleviate the damage. HOWEVER, recently it is being suggested that some people that snore AND grind their teeth when sleeping...may have 'sleep apnea'. A dentist with sleep-disorder training can evaluate and advise you...good luck!
