See below: Unless you s stained severe traumatic injury to your lower leg you probably have a strain of your calf muscle and some partial tears these are generally treated conservatively with rest ice compression and elevation and progressive weight-bearing i would get some crutches to begin with and walking only no running or jumping. A oral over-the-counter anti-inflammatory medication as recommended unless medically contraindicated would be helpful. Seeing an orthopedic surgeon for further treatment as I have limited information and examination from what you have provided would also be helpful.

Rest: It hurts a lot if there is a large tear you need to see an orthopedist to repair it.
