Sure: If you tore a leg muscle you will likely walk in a way to compensate and this an put pressure on the foot causing pain. Also, there are nerves in the leg which continue into the foot and these may be effected i n a way to cause pain to the foot.

Yes: The calf muscles become the achilles tendon.It attaches to the heel. If you have a gait change you could have pain in the foot. I suggest you be evaluated by your dr.
