Scar tissue: Likely persistent or recurring scar tissue. Probably normal. Keep moving it no matter what. Do not worry about these feelings. Range of motion exercises must be continued without fail.

Stretched tissues: It's normal to fell that type of discomfort following a manipulation- as excessive scarring requiring manipulation is one of the reasons for a manipulation . It can take up to 8 -12weejs to fully settle down. If decreased motion persists it could be related to other causes.
