I fell on christmas and had really bad burning on the front of my knee in one spot for about two days. now when i touch it i feel pulling & numbness ?

Contusion : You have probably a contusion of the patella which is self limiting and will gradually resolve. Good Luck

Prob not Serious: If you have no problem flexing or extending your knee, It sounds like you irritated the cutaneous (skin) nerves in your knee due to fall. Cutaneous nerve injury usually results in burning sensation followed by numbness in affected area. I would give it a few more weeks. If no improvement, then seek medical attention. If your symptoms worsen seek attention asap. Take Care!
