Exercise/brace/docto: Straight leg raise exercises will strengthen your quadriceps and pull the patella (kneecap) into place. I am sure that you were instructed how to do these after your operation. Lie on the floor and lift your leg up 18 inches with your leg locked straight. Hopefully do this wear combat boot or a weight of some king and hold it there for 40 seconds and repeat. Do both legs and see doctor
