1-2 weeks: Depending on how far down your leg (the farther from the heart, the longer it takes to heal), a puncture wound, if not too deep, usually takes 1-2 weeks to heal. Keep it covered with over-the-counter antibiotic ointment or aquaphor and a bandage daily for 2 weeks to improve cosmetic appearance.
