Talk with doc: I think best for you to have a discussion with a medical professional asap. While all unlikely, tetanus immunizations are not always effective in preventing tetanus. And tetanus is rather an uncommon reason for leg spasms but with the history I have to say ...talk with someone. I would want to be assured and I would start some antibiotics if I wasn't sure.
